"I could actually hear my friends"
I was surprised by how much clearer everything sounded. I could actually hear my friends without constantly asking them to repeat themselves, if that makes sense. It just made the whole experience way less frustrating.

Umm, the kids started getting restless after a while, and it kind of felt like the staff was annoyed by it. Not the worst experience, but it definitely made things a little uncomfortable.

"Fresh right from the first bite"
Ordered from True Food Kitchen and my immediate take was that it just tasted fresh. The veggies were crisp, nothing was soggy, and it definitely didn’t feel like it had been sitting around. My bowl had a clean flavor, and everything worked without being too much. easy yes for me, I’d order it again...

"Quick lunch, no fuss"
Stopped in for lunch it was quicker than I thought it’d be. We ordered, drinks showed up pretty much right away, and the food came out fast too. Our server checked in on us but didn’t overdo it, which I liked. Just a solid spot when you’re hungry and don’t feel like waiting around forever.

I really like how much they have on the menu. My husband eats meat, and I usually stick with veggie stuff, so it’s nice that we can both find something without overthinking it. Plus, the menu changes a little with the seasons, which keeps it from feeling boring!!

I went for brunch it wasn’t great. The food took a long time to come out. When it did, my eggs were barely warm. The server was nice, but they seemed really busy. For the price, I expected more. Maybe dinner is better, but brunch wasn’t worth it for me.

"Finally, More Than One Gluten-Free Option"
I’m gluten free, so I usually do that little nervous routine of scanning the menu and wondering if I’m going to end up with the one plain, sad option. But this place was such a nice surprise. Our server actually knew what was safe for me to eat and helped point out a few choices, which made the whole experience way less stressful. I ended up with a meal that was genuinely tasty, not just “good for gluten free.” It was really nice to relax, enjoy my food, and feel like I had real options for once...

"Food Was Okay, But the Place Felt a Bit Off"
I went to True Food Kitchen last weekend, and the food was decent overall. Nothing really bad to say there, but the restaurant itself just didn’t feel as clean as I would’ve expected. Our table was kind of sticky, there were crumbs on the seat, and the bathroom looked like it needed some attention. The staff was nice enough, so that helped, but for the prices, I feel like the place should be kept up a little better. I’m not totally writing it off, but I probably wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

Grabbed takeout from True Food Kitchen it was just really solid. Everything was packed neatly, still warm when I got it home, and tasted fresh like... yeah, no complaints. Pickup was quick too, which I always appreciate. Definitely ordering again.

I had the agua fresca and my friend ordered a margarita, i kind of regret not coming here for drinks earlier. Both were super fresh and not overly sweet, which is hard to find sometimes. Definitely one of the better drinks I’ve had while eating out.

"Good Options, But a Little Confusing"
I really like that True Food Kitchen has a lot of gluten-free and vegan options, especially when I’m going out with friends and everyone has different needs. I was excited to see that, but then, well, some of the menu notes were a little confusing, so I ended up asking a bunch of questions. The staff was friendly, they just didn’t always seem totally sure about the details. The food was decent overall, but when it comes to dietary stuff, I wish it felt a bit more consistent.

"Decent dessert, but not totally sold"
I grabbed a dessert after dinner it was okay. I kind of liked the flavor, but at the same time it felt a bit dry and not super fresh, so I’m not sure how I feel about it. Maybe I just chose the wrong one, because it wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t something I’d go out of my way to get again. The service was really nice though, so that definitely helped. For the price, I expected a little more, but it was still a decent enough treat. I’d give it 3 stars...

I’ve ordered from True Food Kitchen a handful of times now, and I’m starting to notice a pattern: the vegan stuff is consistently better than I expect. The bowls are usually my go-to, especially with tofu, because they actually feel like a real meal instead of just a pile of veggies pretending to be dinner. The online menu is easy enough to navigate too, which I appreciate. It is a little pricey, but the food always tastes fresh and I don’t feel weighed down afterward. I’d definitely order again.
